As a member to this community we gotta make some changes around here in crestwood lake apartments make more buildings and apartments and some car garages and make deli inside of it too I’m just saying I don’t know if it be real people responding to me but please change it take some advice from me and do something like boardwater farm estate that’s in London but you don’t gotta do the same thing and do the building one by one

I lived here for almost 5 years. It's a quiet and respectful community. The grounds are beautiful and full of flora and delightful fauna: ducks, squirrels, etc. So close to transportation and yet so quiet and surrounded by nature. The community has repair people and constant attention to the state of things. Recommended!

There seems to be an escalating water bug problem in my apartment. The amount and frequency has aggressively increased in the past couple months. Not only is it unsanitary and a possible health hazard, but it is also very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I can't use my kitchen also my bathroom. Since last Friday I keep getting baby roaches about 20 a day in my bedroom. I keep cans of Raid at the ready at all times. I'm starting to feel sick from the smell of pesticide that I have to use so often. I have sent a certified letter to Theresa unfortunately I haven't heard anything. I really hope there is something that can be done that is a more permanent solution, if I don't hear from you regarding possible actions within two weeks, I will contact the New York State Board of health and possibly the Better Business Bureau just out of desperation for some kind of solution or action
