I ordered myself a pair of sneakers from Footlocker and shipped it to my home. On the day of my delivery, I receive an email stating that my package was being sent back to the sender due to a "insufficient address". However, the next day, I receive my package with the box torn and clearly the tape removed as if someone opened my package. I know none of my neighbors had tampered with it because of our camera systems. I watched the delivery driver leave the package like so. Therefore, I am led to assume that the USPS driver tried to steal my sneakers. Not a good look USPS. Not at all.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS. I went their to track a package marked as delivered which I had not received. And Jeci asked me to display my phone as if I was incapable of reading a tracking number. As she had my phone my battery died and I had to leave charge my phone and return. Upon my return Cynthia attempted to assist me when she came back with my tracking information she was quite rude and dismissive and walked away from me in the middle of speaking. Jeci claimed they were right and the app and phone number were wrong. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told there wasn't one available. I walked away and returned to ask to see the tracking information one more time. I asked her to explain it to me she became extremely rude and dismissive saying "I'm not doing this with you" and called for a supervisor and MAGICALLY one was now available. I spoke with him and he defused the situation. And I pray I never have to return to this place

This location loses packages 98% of the time. By far the worst location within USPS.

Always notify the post office of your address change or if you decide to add another address. It is very important and I'm sure you will have to fill out an application. Please check with you local branch.

You dont have to renew in person... Depends HOW long the passport has been expired

You have to go to the Regional Passport office for an immediate renewed passport. Next time don't wait until the passport expired renew within the last 6 months .
