Been trying to call for going on 4 days. Finally, today someone answers. Asked him my question, he places me on hold to 'find out'. And, (bug surprise) hangs up on me. Been calling back for an hour now and NO ANSWER!

Hey Murray, you want to know if your washing machine is still under warranty. You should have a toll free number on it to call, look on the back of the washer for the number, next , there's gonna be a serial and model numbers, the name of the washer and call that company, they can tell you over the phone. It doesn't take a specialist to answer the phone. I have even had them pick up the phone and hang it back up. This has been going on for a long time. At least Home Depot will answer the phone.......check out there stock,up,up,up

The answer to the question about the or service is that they have reduce their Workforce and the department managers position is no longer viable. Good managers keep that department cleaned up well-informed coordinated ensuring good customer service but they have done away with the department manager position at least that's what I am told by an employee when I asked why is the store so trashed out it's never looked as bad.

Depends on what kind you get, how many, & if you or who remove old ones or if Lowes does
