The answer to the question about the or service is that they have reduce their Workforce and the department managers position is no longer viable. Good managers keep that department cleaned up well-informed coordinated ensuring good customer service but they have done away with the department manager position at least that's what I am told by an employee when I asked why is the store so trashed out it's never looked as bad.
Yes, sometimes you have to track them down, but once you get them, they are extremely helpful. They stay with the customer until the customer is completely satisfied. Remember that it is a massive store, and the more employees, the higher the prices.
I agree they could use more help like most retail businesses. Not sure of their reason but most first place they cut expenses is wages. But with that said I still love shopping there
