Is the Lowe's store in Port Arthur always this pathetic was waiting for 10 minutes for someone to help me and no one did after asking for help the bad thing is that it had happened 3 days ago as well

Its hit or miss. A hand full of people have 90% of the knowledge and half go above and beyond. If they are off work then your oon you own.

Every time I go in there with questions pertaining to an area! I’ll even hit the useless buzzer multiple times. Eventually I just go find someone and ask them and they will tell me someone will be there soon. So after 45 mins of buzzer and waiting on “someone to be there” I get some kid that can’t tell me the difference between an impact drill and a drill. I gave up and researched in the store. Now I plan ahead and research any questions I might have and then find the isle I need on their website. This it what happens when you tell companies they have to pay $15hr minimum wage.
