I called to ask a question, got an answer and then I was transferred to a specialist that never answered. It rang for at least 10 times and I was disconnected, not transferred back to someone live? I don't understand why businesses feel this is ok?

It doesn't take a specialist to answer the phone. I have even had them pick up the phone and hang it back up. This has been going on for a long time. At least Home Depot will answer the phone.......check out there stock,up,up,up

It happens to me when I call my pharmacy sometimes. They're just overwhelmed, short handed, or not adhering to their companies rules.
