Worthless. Went in with a fractured heel. They took a several x-rays but I never got to see them. I was not shown copies of the x rays, but instead was told I could "come down the hall and look" on his computer. On a broken foot. Seriously? I called back later that day to get copies of the x rays. There was no answer and I left a very detailed message,explaining I needed them for a second opinion. After waiting 6 days and my foot turning purple and and doubling in size, I called again. There was no apology for the failure to return my phone call. Instead, I was told it's their policy to not email x-rays. After asking for a manager, I was told they don't have the capability to email them. Either way, I spent a pile of money and literally walked out exactly as I walked in... no answers, no direction, no dressing and no pain relief. They tell you to skip the line.... I would personally rather wait at the ER than have these people take my money and literally give me nothing in return. Not even the courtesy to return a call.

Chad Fisher is an absolutely unprofessional PA. He basically accused me of just wanting meds to help alleviate terrible back pain. 1. I just went to a chiropractor and 2. Could barely walk in the door of DOC. If he would have looked at my chart instead of assuming all I wanted was meds, he would've seen that when I was there in April, I didn't fill my prescription because my back gradually got better with heat/ ice and stretching. I have never liked taking pills and avoid it at all costs. It very much felt like he assumed all I wanted were painkillers because I did not want x-rays. I KNOW and have been told my several doctors that the problem with my back is not skeletal but muscular. Avoid seeing this man at all costs. Kaylee, at the front desk, however was kind and compassionate. When I expressed what had just happened in the exam, she immediately gave me her Manager's phone number.

Took my daughter in due a possible broken ankle, we sat in the waiting room for an hour, then we we taken back to have x-rays done, the doctor came in ( who was very rude) has absolutely no bed side manners whatsoever, laughed after we told how she was injured, said it wasn't broken but was crushed . I asked multiple questions and he ignored every one of them. Told her to go home and rest, mind you she is in excruciating pain. Took her to a different doctor due to her leg turing purple and no feeling, she has extreme damage to the muscle and nerves. I do not recommend going g there for anything.

Went to DOC immediately following breaking the leg and ankle in four places. It was all out of joint as well. After setting, casting and x-rays was sent to a skilled surgeon. Directly due to the competent, professional care and casting received promptly after injury, their care ensured function over crippling debilitation. Tough? Yea it was tough but exactly what was needed when it was needed. Well deserved five stars.
