Worst service. I made an appointment, and still had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to even get seated. The gals there were super rude. I will not be coming back there. There are plenty of other good nail places in Nampa.

My friends birthday was this week so she picked this place to try as her other Pedicure place was booked. I am a newbie but neither of us has a good experience. Both of our ladies were unfriendly. Mine was using the pumice and got the center of my foot and scratched me pretty bad. Put my foot back in the water and it stung. My friend had a lady who filed her nails after she put the polish on. When I first sat down my massage chair didn't even work and they were not going to move me and just said " don't work" untill my friend insisted I get moved to a chair that worked. I'm paying for this ... Then the receptionist stood over the card reader as I was paying which was akward. She then pushed away my hand when I went to take my card out because she thought it wasn't ready . It was super rude. Overall not happy. We won't be back and should have just waited for my friends favorite place.

Just had to sit and wait just to be told they didn't have time for me today. While sitting and waiting watched them overcharge an elderly woman. Her daughter was there (luckily) and asked questions as the rate they were charging was not even on their price board. They said it was because she got almond shaped nails( mind you she didn't even ask for this and was not explained it would cost more) . Preying on elderly people is hands down the quickest way to make sure I spread the word about your business being TERRIBLE. should be ashamed of yourselves... offering $5 off when it does not even bring the price down to what is advertised is not an acceptable solution. BOOOOOOOOOOO. WILL NOT RETURN.EVER.
