Walked in to get a gel polish. I understand someone with an appointment gets priority, but that's not what happened to me. Two folks who walked in AFTER me and asked if they had appointments (and did not) got helped first. Maybe because they were getting pedicures? Apparently their money was worth more than mine. That's the worst customer service. Will never go back and will tell my family and friends to NOT spend a dime here.
