Short answer: Yes there is. Your mother will have to qualify first for the Medicaid services, and you would likely have to help with that application process (which I believe you can do online), then be approved as the caregiver. You would be paid by Medicaid (Molina).

Yes. I am my brother's home Health caregiver. Medicaid pays a home Health care agency. You or your mother picks the agency you want to work for and they pay you. 40 hours max, $9 to $11 an hour. The agency's are making a fortune and paying nothing. I had to get my brother on medicaid with the addendum for long term care and assisted living.

I just moved here from Arizona Thursday. I hope I can still get assistance asap without having to wait for my driver's license to get changed over. I was told I have to retake the test and stuff.

Yes. They will print one for you to take to your employer.
