I ordered carpet from this store paid my full balance up front and waited months and received no communication from the store. I called to check on the status of my carpet and learned that they never even ordered my carpet and said they were closing the store. Even worse I reached out to Corporate and never received a call back or a response to my email. Do not do business with this company.

Trashy horrible company, stay clear of them. The sales rep cancelled 4 appointments in one week calling me 5 time per day with personal sob stories. The manager did not return calls and let his employees abuse customers. Went to a competitor for much better service and much LOWER prices for the exact same product. They resorted to lying in their counter review. I told the drama queen employee to keep her personal life out of my business transaction as I was not her mother nor her therapist. Too arrogant to take customer input.

Our floors look great! Burwin is awesome! He did such a fantastic install job and is so professional and courteous! There was an error with our order but Direct Carpet One handled it to my satisfaction and that is why we will use them to complete the rest of the house. We highly recommend DCO!

We are very happy with the service we received from Direct Carpet One. This time we had vinyl flooring installed in a bedroom. We wanted it to match the vinyl flooring in the other bedroom and they got the exact material we used a few years ago. The installers did a great job installing it and cleaned up like they were never here. We are happy with the purchase, install and final product appearance of the job.
