I remember in the 1990s Miramonte Sanitation was at the old saw mill trucking yard. They where using the area as a dump compactor on site with no permit not zoned. Tulare County code enforcement basically evicted. They got sued by the local neighborhood due to rodents and the smell of trash and flies. They were no good bad business. They also pay their workers minimum pay. I had my wheel broken two times on the trash can due to the driver. I don't know if he's doing it on purpose or not? I also had my trash can left full on trash day. Pena Trash Sanitation.
