The Norristown route supervisor is the best thing that has happened to your company in a long time, we were in desperate need of a new toter well not even 24hrs later we have a new one. I am happy that he posted it shows that the company is willing to improve and make changes . I called and was told months and months ago they would send a new one it never happened . Small changes can make a huge difference. Keep up the good work !

They just ride around and harass the community residents

I pay my money - and you guys don’t do your service. Pick up my trash, or I will start a petition for Pottstown. You guys are just horrible. More than 3 times you haven’t taken my trash. I have a camera, my can is always on the curb, and so is my neighbors. And you decide not to take it. If it happens again, I will not pay a cent anymore and go to the Pottstown town hall and start a petition for a better and more professional service. A service that will do what they are paid of.

With all this negativity I would like to comment on the positive note.. Today my yard removal crew stopped and put 4 yard bags in tthe truck. About 10 feet from the bags was another pile of branches that I haven't yet bagged. This gentleman walked over to the pile and grabbed a armful of branches to put them in the truck. He made several trips to pick up the entire pile. He was very professional and respectful. Now this man did not have to do this. BUT he did! I Wanted people to know that they also do good things as well.
