I found this place at very short notice for 3 months in Vegas. Their property was conveniently located, the property had adequate security and management was very prompt and helpful with everything we asked for. There was an A/C leak and they didn't charge us for 2 days of the stay which was much appreciated. I dealt with Michael Yee quite a bit and he was always very polite and very responsive. I'd recommend 702 housing to anyone looking for temporary furnished housing in Las Vegas.

In June 2022, I relocated from Florida to Henderson, Nevada. Was originally going to stay at the Holiday Inn Express-HIE, but within a day of being there, my car was broken into on hotel grounds and suitcases stolen. I no longer felt safe and was anxious during my entire stay. Hotel Management did nothing to alleviate my anxiety or try to make the situation better. I was desperately searching for a month to month furnished housing and found the 702 Housing website. I submitted an application but did not meet the timeline for processing. I sent an email and Sam (I think he's the manager) from 702 Housing contacted me almost immediately on a Saturday. He offered to expedite my application to try to relocate me over the weekend. Never mind that he had a commitment that he needed to get to. I did not want to impose and we agreed that a housing coordinator would contact me Monday AM. True to his word, on Monday, Michael, 702 Housing Coordinator contacted me early Monday AM and started the paperwork process. Bottom line, I was out of HIE within a day and was in a gated community! Michael Yee, 702 Housing Coordinator assisted me every step of the way and was very customer service oriented and went above and beyond to assist. The apartment was fully furnished, had basic kitchen items for those wishing to prepare meals and washers and dryers in the units. For those future visitors requiring a month to month residence, I would highly recommend that you consider 702 Housing for future stays! I will not hesitate to contract with them should I need to in the future.

I had a great experience when me and my brother spent some time at The Mint! Excellent service especially with Grace who is so nice, friendly, and easy to deal with! Highly recommended and will surely come back!

Yes they do under 25 lbs. Read the description of the unit you rent it says about pet policy
All condo have laundry mostly inside the unit. They are nit hotel, so no weekly rate. First month is the most expensive, you pay 3 more days than 30, you pay for cleaning and you need to put a deposit. They fo some check but not credit check.
We paid $3000 - $1000 was deposit and we received it back, $250 were for cleaning, we paid $300 more than monthly rent only first month if you rent month to month you pay three days more, they explain in their website. Second month we paid only the rate that was advertised, at that time the rent was $1450.
