I have no complaints about the process. The Staff was extremely nice, comforting and very helpful during my time of need. Considering how extremely busy they were, they managed to still make you feel comfortable and not rushed.

This review is from my wife because she doesn’t have an account from which she can write a review: “Tina, the Location Manager, is phenomenal. She is wonderful to work with. I was also very surprised to find out she was the one who did my mother’s makeup for her funeral. My mother looked like she was glowing and healthy, elegant, and radiant. It made the whole private family viewing so memorable. I was honestly terrified to view my mother in an open casket. But she looked beautiful and I will always have peace in my heart because of that image of her looking so gorgeous and peaceful. It even made it easier to cope with the experience and when I close my eyes, that image is comforting instead of hurtful. Especially because my mom was always in pain before she passed suddenly and unexpectedly. Tina makes everything easy to understand and to accomplish. The funeral was beautiful and well-managed. They have handled many funerals in my family when we have lost loved ones over many years and they never disappoint.

It’s taken me a little over 6 months to be able to sit down and write this review, I lost my beautiful daughter back in Feb. in a train accident, the worst I’ve gone thru….am very thankful and blessed I had Lucy by my side, since I had to arrange everything for my daughter she was there for me when I didn’t even have mind to handle everything at once…. The way she gave me a bit of relief knowing my daughter was taken well care of…the time she was there, Lucy been a mother herself knew perfectly my pain but somehow would always make me feel better and was there for us every step of the way… I feel like she’s an angel my daughter send me to help me out and get thru this difficult times….even after the services she still checked on us…. Am very grateful for the beautiful services I was able to provide my daughter…all thanks to Lucy and her team…specially Lucy I don’t know how I would get thru it all without your support, empathy and compassion
