Advanstaff has been our PEO/HR service provider for several years now. They have helped keep me focused, on track, and out of trouble through this time. They operate as a TEAM and are very customer focused. For a long time I would always email Susan B with a question. More often than not, she was not the best person to handle my issue, but she always passed on my question to the right person which was then addressed quickly and professionally. I now understand my "team" at Advanstaff and go to the proper person the first time, but the concept of "team" within Advanstaff has served me well. Get to know them. It depends on what your company pay schedule works out to be regarding holidays. Your onsite supervisor can answer that question for you.
We will be closed in observance of the holiday.
We do not have a drop box at our office location.If something needs to be dropped off with us it will need to be done during our office hours of 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Good Morning Angel! I'm not 100% sure what you are asking about but I believe you are wanting to know if a picture of your social security number or card is an acceptable form of identification? If this is the question the answer would be no. We are required to inspect a valid, government issued document for verification. Each client company we service has a unique set of employer sponsored benefits. Once we get some additional info from you, you can talk or chat to a benefit specialist. Open enrollment is generally June 1 to July 1, but then again, yours may be different. Here’s a link to open a ticket that will put you in contact with the benefits department. https://helpdesk.advanstaff.com/support/tickets/new When you create the ticket, please include your name, employer name, and a phone number (if you would like a live person to call you back.) sometimes it just helps to get al the questions answered by a live benefit consultant. We do not have onsite drug screens but, if your employer requires it, we can direct you to the nearest location for screening
