Nicole it is a very safe place. Gated security community. The guards are especially amazing.

Yes it is crowded but only at 8-9 am and 5-7pm. You are on intersection with Las Vegas Blvd, one side Cezar Palace, near your condo is Rio, Palms and another Casino i forgot the name.
