Wow, this boutique is exquisite! A beautiful selection of high-end/designer secondhand clothes, bags, shoes, and jewelry! Lots of items still have the tags on them and are priced hundreds below the original pricing. Galena was very pleasant and even cleaned the silver earrings I purchased! Very sweet woman, definitely a small business to support! Concerning security, the door does remained locked for the protection of the large collection of extremely valuable items and the sweet woman working in the store. I am an all-around diverse person, and felt nothing but peace during my time shopping. Extraordinary customer service! Pleasure to meet you, Galena! Will return soon :)

I noticed a review from a black young lady who felt upset by the stores policy to lock the front door before and after entrance. There is a doorbell to enter, especially when the manager is alone. This practice is also used at the jewelry store I go to. I realize it is as much for my protection as it is for store employees. I am sure this incident was not because of race, being a satisfied customer for many years. I have shopped there with customers from many ethnic heritages.

I was definetely discriminated against. I am a black women. I was referred to this shop from a friend that knew my taste in clothing. I went to this shop as a first timer. I left offended, disappointed and injured. As I was looking around two customers came and went, one sold her some items on consignment and the other person left. I decided on some Jimmy Choo sandels to what I thought was decent customer service only to realize the owner had locked me in the store. After she recieved my money and me trying to leave. This owner/operator does not deserve a star or any customers, she needs to be shut down if she can't service people of race with common courtesy. Too add insult to injury, she critized the male customer about his tattoos... Stating that he was a nice looking white man that should not of damaged his body with less than markings.

I'm sitting here now with my wife. I am confused as to the bad review that was posted! The customer service was impeccable and the prices are truly reasonable for the brands they consign. I am impressed myself as a gentleman.
