I absolutely love this building and the staff. Kelly and Michelle have been absolutely kind. Door people are alert and courteous. The only con are the elevators will literally close as you are coming into them. Granted, they are speedy and efficient. Been here two weeks and love this apartment, the views, the amenities, and the neighborhood. When I applied, the building did not have any parking spots available so I’m renting from a third party next door. You have DIRECT access to the lake from the elevators and to lower wacker drive and Lakeshore East Park. The residents are fun and outgoing. Very beautiful property.

What I like about the apartment complex: 1) good amount of storage within the apartment, 2) water pressure is amazing, 3) concierge is nice and responds very quickly and 4) location is awesome. However, the window treatment fitment is ridiculous, at night i feel like i am in a house of horrors with the way the exterior lights shine between the shade edges. It shouldn’t be that hard to measure accurately, whats the maxim, measure twice cut once? Also concerning is lack of timely responses from management, and random noise issues. Some of the other complexes may be a couple hundred dollars more but may be worth it to not deal with poor customer service.

The apartment is beautiful and amenities are great. Love the location too. However, there are a couple of issues: the living room in a 2 bedroom is tiny - we are having troubles fitting in a small couch and a dining table. There is a steam room but it doesn’t get hot enough there and there were several times when they ran out of towels in the locker room. You have to pay for coffee and for printing - something which was free in other apartments we lived at. I feel like for the price we pay this should be included.

Absolutely loved our touring experience! The leasing team took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We had a lot of follow up questions and they were always happy to help. Sara especially did a great job leading our tour and made us feel so welcome already. Excited to move in!

Our utility package is not included in the rent. The utility package covers heat, air-conditioning, water, trash, and natural gas. Utility fee is allocated based on unit type as follows: Studio = $80/mos; Convertible = $90/mos; One Bedroom units $110/ mos; Two Bedrooms = $120/mos; Three Bedrooms = $130/mos.
