This is by far the best dealership in the Tampa Bay Area! From start to finish the service was impeccable. Great experience with Toyota today. I was helped by Luis Velazquez and Kenneth Acosta they were both polite, knowledgeable, and patience with me. Traded in my 2020 Toyota Corolla Le for a 2021 Toyota Corolla Se. Both gentleman’s explained the breakdown of incentives involved in the price of my new Corolla. Said goodbye to my Camry of over 20 years. Right now at a time when buying a new (or used) car is not as favorable with the market, Toyota of Tampa Bay was the place that actually helped me find the right car for me and my situation since it was my first time purchasing from a dealer. I ended up going with brand new 2022 Corolla Cross and could not be happier! Drove my family around on the holidays, took a road trip in the Cross it really is the ideal car for where I am in my life. It's been a great experience and I'm super happy with my purchase. Also, love the Cypress Green color it has been getting a lot of attention and compliments. I had been to several other dealers and Andrew is the only person I dealt with that actually asked the right questions, listened and identified what I was trying to find. He took the time to actually walk me through things and I appreciate that because it not only helped me narrow down my choices but actually have the time to make an informed decision without feeling hassled or rushed at any point during the process. Every contract is different you would have to talk to someone in the service department to see what it includes if you don't remember or if you still have the paperwork you need to dissect it word for word to see what is in your contract.
