5/5 stars. I don't buy cars very often, so I appreciate the time and effort Tony put into making sure I was educated and comfortable with the purchase of my 2022 Ram 1500 in this very trying market. The truck is the truck, you can buy it anywhere. I chose Jim Browne and Tony because they made me feel welcome and appreciated. I look forward to also using the service center there because if it's even remotely close to the level of service in their sales department I know I'll be taken care of. Don't forget to ask Tony about the powertrain warranty specific to this dealer.

I just want to say that I recently purchased a Ram 2500 Cummins at Jim Browne Dodge on Florida Avenue in Tampa. My salesperson was Matt Pollock and although new to this dealership he is definitely not new to the car business. Matt was absolutely awesome and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He was very helpful throughout the process as well as the entire team at Jim Browne. I also want to say that it was much appreciated during this time of craziness not be gouged on price and pay over sticker like some dealerships are doing which is ridiculous and shady. Hats off to Jim Browne for not allowing this to happen. Once again I just want to say thank you to Matt and the entire team for a job well done and all of your help during my purchase experience.

Yes, the gentleman in the ad is Jim Browne. When he states “With an E” at the end of the spot, it is in reference to the proper spelling of his last name.
You would have to go to an aftermarket system to get those upgrades. You cannot upgrade your current unit to add those features
