8 hours after arriving at the ER, told that no health issues. This is my daughter and if she is hurting, it’s not because she feels great. She is tough as nails and bent over in pain. Perform a quick test, you’re fine, go home. Her pain is no joke and I assure you Mr. ER doctor, she is not there for your long wait and fine company.

I was very satisfied with this facility. I was there recently and am writing a review while this is all fresh in my mind. I arrived late on a weeknight. I was seen immediately by the front-desk security. I waited about a half hour to see the Triage nurse. The facility is modern and clean, the vending machines were well stocked, and there was an area to charge your phones. There was approx a 2 1/2 hour wait to see the doctor. Then about an hour to get the results of bloodwork etc. There were warm blankets available to patients and family. The ER staff was professional and kind. Keep in mind there is a shortage of medical personnel across the country. So in my opinion a bit of a wait late night at a regional facility is not unreasonable. Well done!

My father has cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and can barely walk. He’s a Moffitt patient, but they don’t have any beds available for this emergency situation. He’s in tremendous pain. The triage staff was harsh towards him. The intake staff didn’t properly check me in so I was harassed by the hospital police. It’s been almost three hours and the best they could do was tell him he needed a chest X-ray. For advanced skin cancer. It’s 2:30am and the excuses the nurses gave us are an insult. He’s suffering and they can only make jokes. This hospital emergency room is a cruel joke. So many other people are in the hallways, also suffering. I can’t take him anywhere else and he’s in agony. I hate this place, they care more about billing insurance and getting money than performing actual medical care. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, the back alley shady “doctor” is better than this grimy, filthy, disgusting excuse for a hospital.

My husband was airlifted in from an outside hospital, taken straight to OR, then up to ICU. Everyone from the flight crew, nurses, doctors, PT, RT, OT & even the cleaning staff...all teams involved communicated and worked together to provide the best formulated care available. Truly refeshing to see doctors put aside egos, and work together for the benefit of the patient. Really a great hospital.
