I really just feel disregarded and I don’t feel like my concerns concerning my child were heard. I feel like I was just turned away no test were ran nothing. It felt like I was bothering them. I was up all night with me 2 year old debating taking him in. They sent us home while my child was shaking In the bed with a fever. I’m headed to another hospital where maybe someone will care about my baby.

This Emergency hospital is a joke, ripping off their patients, abusing insurance companies. All they did was take a temperature and heart rate check and didn’t provided a diagnosis, was there for only 15 mins. Do not go to this place!

I came in on 4/22. I had swollen forearms which has never happen to me. They had me registered and charged me a almost a $300 co pay. Staff was ok but since then I haven’t even gotten a receipt from the ER. The Physician that “checked me” said why would they had me pay that co pay when they didn’t do anything to me. To this day still no refund or my co pay and i have tried calling and calling and no one is helping. Patient billing keep saying it’s under review but no one at the ER made sure they did a note on the system for what they did. Charged me $240 CO Pay for just sit down in a room and not getting any type of service done.

I was seen in the middle of the night a few days ago. I had no wait and the staff immediately started running tests, X-rays and CT scan to diagnosis me. My husband and I were very pleased with Dr. Batista with his thoroughness. He and his staff were very professional. We were from out of state visiting family nearby this facility. We picked the closest one without hesitation. We would definitely recommend.
