No nurses at the front. Only a security guard. She said they would be right with us. 30 minutes later and no one called us. We just left and went to another urgent care. The parking lot was bare with maybe 3 cars. Usually they would just bring u back to a room at least.

I visited the facility today and I cannot not express enough about the AMAZING CARE I received! I was a little leary about this place after reading some negative reviews however, there is no way possible these people who wrote negative reviews had the same care professionals I did. I was experiencing chest pain and once I walked into the building and spoke of my symptoms I was IMMEDIATELY taking back to the patient waiting area, hooked up to monitors, given an EKG and had my blood drawn within minutes. Not only that, I saw a physician right away who explained every test they would be running. The entire staff was very professional, kind, accommodating and attentive. The doctor had such a pleasant bed side manner. I felt like I was getting the best care for my condition. The good thing is I was fine, and the care I received was outstanding! If I could give them more than five stars I would. Thank you New Tampa HCA Emergency!I highly recommend this care facility!

Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a scam. You can see why there is no one waiting for service. First you will feel like you’re the only patient there and most likely you are. They’ll make you feel like you’re the priority and the experience will feel great. But then the nightmare starts when you get the first bill. The pricing is much higher than a traditional Emergency Room. The charge for a simple x-ray was almost 4 times the customary price according to our insurance carrier. If your experience is like ours, you will receive multiple bills for the simplest matters for months and months after service, without reason. You settle one bill and two more appear.
