BEWARE this retailer! I purchased a pair of tower speakers through Amazon that were on sale over Labor Day, and this retailer was the 3rd party seller. The speakers were delivered separately on different days. The first had damage to a corner that appears to have been repaired. The second was just busted (pic attached). It is possible both may have been damaged during shipping but the box did not have damage in either of the two areas. Amazon was fantastic trying to help me. They even put me on hold to contact this retailer to ask if they would replace the units at the same sale price. Retailer told them they couldn’t because no longer had stock. They are at this moment still showing the product on Amazon and 7 left in stock (Klipsch RP8000 ii in walnut)…at a higher cost of course. Please consider doing business with someone else.

Horrible company. Purchased a 60 inch tv in February and it was defected. Horrible communication. Got the run around for 3 months then all of sudden they have no record of my order. For now I have to eat $1400.

I had a fantastic exchange with Mitchell, their Retail Store Manager, he made sure I was well taken care of and heard! I ended up purchasing a new Samsung 50" QN90A because of this exchange and I will definitely be coming back to Walts for any of my future electronic purchases! Can't wait for the new TV to arrive, they shipped it out the very next day and shot me the shipment tracking info via email.

We are still requiring that our employees wear masks, in our store and during service and delivery visits. Gloves are also worn for curbside pickups, and are available on request. We sanitize our store three times a day. And keep sanitizer available at our front sales counter. We keep clean pens separated from the used ones.
Many universal mounts will work with this model. Sanus Has some great options. They even have a mount finder utility on their site sanus.com My personal favorite for this size is the VLF-518 Full motion mount.
The answer is yes but the cost is not worth it, unless you have insurance.. even then you might be turned down. Go to settings and look for degausing.. or pixel refresh.. try that.. if that fails buy a new tv..
