I had an amazing experience with my COIT technician. He was very polite and courteous. He was on time (within the window) and did not employ high pressure sales. He went over the treatment options and let me pick what I thought was best for my budget. The cleaning itself was very thorough and when he was done my couch looked brand new. It is rare that I'm this pleased with a service or a service technician. I hope all COIT employees are this good.

I wouldn't recommend their services. The employee who came out had a flat affect and his customer service skills were lacking. We were, however, in desperate need to remove dog urine odors in 2 carpeted bedrooms, 1 closet, and 2 sofas in a 2 bedroom apartment. Even with "40%" off, the total for cleaning and deodorizing 2 rooms , 1 closet, and 2 sofas came to over $600. The master bedroom still has a pee odor.

Probably $200 or so depending on the type of rug. Mine was a Turkish carpet that same size.
Or we could take out to the garage, provided there's a open space and clean it there that way we don't damage the floor
