Randstad is a temp staffing company, with that you'll always have your ups and downs. As someone who has been a temp, jumping around my field for a couple years, I do have to say my experience with Randstand has been a bit of a breath of fresh air. Our sign on agent Michael Gardiner particularly, is efficient, kind, and very understanding. I have to say that Michael is absolutely the reason I'm leaving 5 stars. Not that the company doesn't deserve that rating, I honestly don't know yet. but I will say with confidence, if you sign onto this company with Michael, know you're truly being looked out for. He's got you. Thanks for the amazing experience signing on, I hope to be able to continue with the company for time to come.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was given a drug test with an oral swab and the person conducting the test had told me when the test was complete the cotton swab was supposed to turn red but mine never did so she intead wanted me to spit in the container where the cotton swab was supposed to go. Very unprofessional and unethical. I was very embarrassed
