Great experience. Shoutout to Greg and Ally, they have helped me tremendously. They always have a smile on there face and seem excited to be at work. Great positive experience and will be opening another account with them shortly :)

Daniel Stoltz at the Manito Branch was very helpful to my sister and me. Our father recently passed away and we were unsure of how to transfer his account into an estate. Daniel was able to give us the proper direction. We never felt rushed or that any question was left unanswered. Thank you Daniel!!!

There was another review about Ally on here. I'd check out that review to the concerning manager and/or potential customer. Avoid this branch. What is needed at this branch? New management. New training. Possibly just clean house. Account was approved for a day. Everything was fine. I deposited a check for $200 and approximately $20 in cash. Everything was approved and I spent on that same day more than the cash deposited, meaning we also cut into the funds provided by the check. Fraud department flagged my account saying they needed proof of address with a piece of mail because mailing address doesn't match my ID. However, I went inside physically to this branch to complete the application. When I was notified the account was flagged, I spoke with Mr. Stoltz who said he would reach out to fraud. This did not happen as I had to go to the bank location again on the following Monday after branch manager just kept defaulting on policies and would not hear me out. Conveniently enough, branch manager, Dimitri, tells me that there is a sudden 5-day hold on the check that I deposited... even though I had already used these funds. I spent on the same day more than the cash I deposited so this means the check had already cleared but because the conversation was not going his way, he wanted to default on a random 5-day hold, smirking at me the whole time. (FYI - you can notice a smirk through a mask, eyes give it away. Common sense. His employee also started smirking and even let out a laugh at one point.) I managed to still get the account closed after a long debate. Once that was done, I thought that would be enough. Now, I'm getting an email that an application had been submitted on January 5th for my account. Account was closed on Monday, Jan 3. I even took out all the funds remaining, making the account zero. Enough time had passed too that all transactions would have posted and cleared. So... why am I getting an email that an application was received on January 5th? Very confusing and super sketchy. Not only that, same day (Jan 5 again), I get an email saying my application was approved. (This was BEFORE the email saying one was submitted.) It's starting to feel like something was reopened so a charge could be applied and I'm really wondering if I need to get the president of the bank involved or just go straight to a lawyer. My brother works at another bank and nothing about this feels right to him either. Another email (same day again) was sent saying that a deposit is needed... No... I closed the account and removed the funds. I seriously think everyone, including Dimitri the branch manager, needs some retraining. Attitudes completely suck. Always talk over you and always interrupting. When confronted with difficult questions, they resort to smirking and mocking you. Mr. Stoltz could not even care less the day he was supposed to contact the fraud department and failed to stay in communication about it. I had to go to the drive up window in order to talk to him. I had waited all day giving him the chance to be professional and stay in communication. Once I was there, the lady that was working there (Ally) did not even let me explain and in mid-sentence just walked away to get Mr. Stoltz. Check all cameras on all days I was there. I was polite and considerate the majority of the time up until the end when it was clear such respect was not going to be reciprocated. Check other Google reviews. This branch location (621 E 30th Ave, Spokane, WA 99203) is the worst branch in Spokane. Super shady and I do not for one second trust anything that was done. Given the emails, I'm thinking I need to get a police investigation opened or go to a lawyer. Never have been treated like this so I will figure out what next steps need to occur. Unbelievable. During the Great Resignation, this is apparently how a corporation wants to be represented because everyone here was completely comfortable with their attitude, especially Dimitri and Ally.
