DO NOT open credit cards with them. It takes weeks for purchases to come through. You will always have some transaction showing up that you did up to a month ago. Extremely hard to track spending. Whatever you see on your account is not up to date you will be always couple of weeks behind. Your transactions will NEVER be saved on the day you made a purchase. It will always be 5-20 days later when transaction is processed. Your transaction HISTORY will be a total mess. You bought something on the 3rs but they finally processed it on the 20th. So your purchase date is 20th now. None of the purchases will be saved on actual date of purchase. Checks deposited will not be available right away do not deposit your checks if you need money now. Canceling my account

I just went inside the N Division branch to cash checks from a landlord who has accounts at Chase. I was so impressed by the service I recieved and the thorough account protections the new employee Jared provided and his supervisor. They made sure everything was the right amount, even to go as far as calling the landlord for all verifications. Much respect CHASE! And good work Jared! I've had people try to write bad checks out of an account of mine in the past. The effort I just experienced by you and your supervisor were STELLAR!

This is the best bank I have ever had! They have known me and my wife by name since the first time we came in. They are always extremely friendly and always willing to help. I have even called with questions and they have helped me every time. My parents are back home in San Diego California. We are in Spokane Washington. Chase makes it super easy to transfer money between our accounts with quick pay. I love their mobile App, I can check my balance anytime super easy with my phone. I have tried other banks and they were all a let down. Chase is the way to go for small or large accounts. I was on check systems also. This was no problem for them. They started me on a liquid prepaid account, after a year they offered me a regular checking account with all the bells and whistles. I have never paid any fees or had any overdrafts.
