WTB is truly amazing! In the past I have used the Main branch quite a bit and lately due to where I work and live I have been using the Argonne and the Airway Heights Branches. Each time I have been met by helpful tellers and managers. Whether it be regular bank transactions, obtaining wire instructions, ordering foreign currency or making sure cash will be on hand for a large purchase. It's never a bother and they are always happy to help. Way to go WTB!

Hopefully I can save you some time by insisting that you to go to a different branch because you will just end up having to do so anyways. I dont know if it's laziness or incompetence on why they can never handle the simplest transactions but either way avoid this branch

Worst branch in the area. They use a third party company for collecting the ATM deposits, and when half of my cash deposit was “lost in transit” they charged my account plus and overdraft for the lost money and told me it wasn’t their problem. I would never recommend this branch to anyone I know, and in fact I do quite the opposite regularly. I would give zero stars if I could.

Avoid this branch! On two occasions recently I have had to go to another branch to complete my banking needs due to the branch manager's total ineptitude. This costs me time and a lot of grief that could be easily avoided with a manager that is trained properly and possesses even basic decision making skills.
