Usually very helpful. However if late seems short staffed. So sometimes long waiting if going into branch.

We had a final expense check that we needed access to quickly to cover some expenses related to a family members death. Our bank wanted to hold the funds. The check was drawn on US Bank and the rep at the window of this location said they couldn’t help. We went down to the branch on Indiana and they helped us with no problems and even waived the check cashing fee because of the North branches poor service. If you need help avoid this location. Worth the extra drive to hit up the guys on Indiana.

Theres some nice people working here but it takes wayyyyy to long for the drive thu line better put gas in your car before you get in line cause you're gonna be there for a whileThank you for taking the time to reach out with your review.
