MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care

My daughter scheduled a sports physical with Indigo Urgent Care- South Hill. After doing all the prerequisite paperwork and new patient forms, upon arriving for her appointment, she was told they can't do a sports physical for her because she is not UNDER 18!? She submitted paperwork which clearly indicated her age AND the Indigo website which lists services provided says nothing about patients must be under 18. Wasted an afternoon off of work and travel to/from the site due to poor/non-existent communication from MultiCare. Horrible impression of this organization's services.

It was strange I made my daughter an appointment for a sports physical. The next day I received a phone call saying I needed to call them about my daughter's appt. So I called I was told that my primary care provider could only give my daughter a sports physical if I wanted insurance to take care of it.Which was fine.I then asked well then can I just pay with my debt card. The receptionist replied no we don't accept cash. Which was weird. Because I didnt even mention cash.Then I was put on hold eventually she got back on the line and told me they couldn't see my daughter but I could go to Franklin Park Urgent care.It was really strange. Now Ive taken her there before and had a great experience,.I don't know what happened but I will never go there again :(

The staff and Dr are very caring and kind. Its so nice to be able to make my own appointment and when I go to the facility get in on the correct time and seen in a timely manner. Thank you for a great job and taking care of us when in need.

They were amazing! I had to get my daughter tested for Covid because of her school. She was really scared. They were so patient they went over what was going to happen 3 times just so she knew what was going to happen. Made the process so much easier.
