Rude..Lazy ..customer service...asked woman at counter for bus schedule she told us to come back cause the guy that was supposed to handle those was out ..thing is they were a few feet from her...she was just lazy...rude...inconsiderate.Place sucks..but that's wilkes barre.

Alot better since there is no more smoking at the bus station but you are still allowed to smoke near the bus station. They really need to clean up where the buses park, Alot of trash. Overall it gets you to where you need to go if public transportation is needed.
