I asked them to take care of my mother's legs and they said they would but they don't.they haven't even showered her in two weeks.she has to take care of herself.i want to get her out and they are telling me that I can't.what can I do.

I don't even know where to start .My grandmother was in this facility not long ago. Her care was so poor, she was left unattended in her bed, changing medications without notifying the family. Patients wonder around the halls with visible lesions on their skin that seems to be untreated, that is just horrible to see. They are also understaffed, and the one that actually work complain about this facility; can't blame them .Horror show. Who ever runs this nursing home needs to be either re- trained or replaced .Make sure as a family member you double check what they are billing the insurance..

Just a horrible a place to have your loved one for care! Phones are not answered ever at night time , your loved one's are left on their bed's without being changed their diapers for hours and hours.Medical staff are clueless about when you could get in touch with a medical doctor. But even worse is administration / business office .They make promises to change situations but never actually do , they are basically after your loved one's money in every possible way .Shame on you! I won't even place a dog in this facility, it needs to be shut down.
