We came in at 7:30 pm 30 mins before closing time! I felt horrible but the staff up front, the nurse and the PA (Nathan Le) treated us so kindly! Thank you SO much for being so amazing and helping my little girl!!

The receptionist was a little rude at first, but got better. The nurse and dr were very nice, I did feel a little rushed by the dr, but that is pretty normal they have lots of patients. They found pneumonia in my mom with an xray and gave her 3 prescriptions for it. We were their 5 mins past closing, but were still treated fairly and fully and were treated nice as we were let out. My mom, me and my 3 small children were all tested for covid so I could give results to their school which I received the day after. A very fast turnaround for how busy everyone is with covid testing I thought!

Our experience was good. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and physician were great. The all treated us with respect and were friendly. We had about an hour to wait. If I need another visit to an urgent care will go there!

I have been coming to this location for years. No matter what it is I'm being seen for, I rarely have to wait very long. Every member of the care team from the front desk to the clinic staff has always been kind and welcoming. Urgent Care is not somewhere that people want to hang out. And they always make it a pleasant experience. I appreciate that I can wait in my car until they are ready for me rather than a crowded waiting room.

Yes. I've taken my daughter there with a lab order from her Providence pediatrician.
Holiday hours for today New year's day 8 am - 8pm. Please remember patients must be checked in by 7:45 PM and if you may need labs or x-ray then you are asked to be checked in by 7pm. Christmas day is the only day of the year the urgent care is not open. Thanksgiving and Christmas eve are early close.
