I use Franklin Park Urgent Care for my DOT physicals to maintain my CDL and keep my medical examiner certificate up to date and would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and professional staff.

I went in, they had me sign in. I had three people ahead of me and they told me they'd call me when I was able to go back and see a provider. Even with zero people ahead of me (according to the system they used) I still had to wait another fifteen minutes. They called me and I immediately went to the counter and they told me they had someone go ahead of me because they couldn't reach me. They offered to see me in another half hour. I'm very displeased with the lack of communication. I left because I didn't want to keep waiting around. For them to tell me they didn't hear from me in time.

I went into the doctor because my blood sugar level is Way high and I needed to be checked out.. Dr Crisp was Amazing !! He made you feel comfortable and he was very thorough when he talked to you which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Franklin Park urgent Care if you ever have an emergency or any other issues !

I was pretty stressed over the parking situation there and the waiting room was small but the physician assistant and the physician had the most upbeat and attentive bedside manner. Whatever was aesthetically displeasing was made up by the care & demeanor of the doctor & his assistant. I wish they were my primary doctor
