Went here today for a UTI. Alexa was really nice. Shira was very nice, smart and informative as well. This is the best visit I've ever had at this clinic! So thank you so much to Alexa and Shira for your kindness and exceptional level of care.

Recommend highly! My husband and I went for a COVID test and the staff was extremely friendly even though it was 8:00 New Year’s Day morning! We were out of there in less than 1/2 hour.

I highly recommend Providence ExpressCare for immediate healthcare concerns. The MA was very attentive, professional, and caring. She had the PA, Ashley, come take a quick look at my eye before they even took me back to an examining room. I really appreciated that they were able to fit me in so quickly. They were both very thorough and pleasant. I am so glad I went there after having a very unpleasant experience with another urgent care and online e-visit. Providence ExpressCare at Lincoln Heights is the best of its kind! Thank you so much to the ladies who helped me.

The staff here is always so kind and caring, from the front desk to the doctors themselves. I have never had a bad experience with providence and feel like they really take the time to explain information and address my every concern. I don’t feel like I’m being blown-off as opposed to other express care/urgent care facilities I’ve visited.
