Hackensack office is closed as well. I went there myself on Monday because it shows online that they are open. When I got there, the door was locked, so I called that office number and I was told that the online information is not updated to reflect that they're closed until further notice.

Did you check online? Otherwise, you can just go there, sign in at the kiosk, get a number, and wait. Depending on the issue, your wait can be as short as 15 minutes, or 2 hours. Don't be intimidated by the line in the hallway. It moved pretty fast. Best time to go is early morning, about 8 AM. That was my experience.

You can call SS and either wait a long while on hold or leave your phone number and they return the call to set an appointment time.
