One of the best experiences I’ve had with AT&T. Joshua is amazing. I was in and out, with a new phone, new line, new number, and a better plan in 40 minutes. Best service hands down! Way to go Joshua!!!

I hate to leave a bad review however, this AT&T location has the worst customer service I have experienced in years! We have spent hours in this store with several managers to fix a transfer from personal to business, every manager we dealt with did NOT do what they said they would do! Needless to say, they never did fix what they messed up, meanwhile we are paying $ 676.00 a month due to their incompetence. We asked for upper management information on several occasion's with no avail. We would not recommend this location to anyone who wants good service and/or competent customer service! Never again will I step foot in this location! Btw, 611 removed and credited what the Lake Forest location messed up and was not able to fix on their own!

Edgar (El Toro RD location) was awesome with me and my mother (78 years old). He was patient, knowledgeable and informative about the plans, phones and changes we would be dealing with during his transaction. I highly recommend this store and Edgar, in particular, to assist you.

Who knows what the service quality is like? Waited for over 20 minutes, my name was taken, and still no service. The Department of Motor Vehicles have a better response rate. Couldn't wait any longer!

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Lake Forest location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
Yes there is a kiosk that accepts debit or credit, it is the same as using your myatt app.
