Burger came quicker than I expected. Made me wonder if the patties had been pre-cooked. I ordered grilled mushrooms and onions. Onions weren’’r cooked through. Patties were really dry and chewy. I’ve been to a lot of 5Guys and I really hope they haven’t started using cheaper meat. 2 stars are for the service and the fries were up to snuff!

Terrible customer service. Milk shakes are like water and employees are rude, at least the 2 I dealt with. Cashier doesn't take orders properly, I ordered 2 burgers and was never asked about my toppings for them. She was very rude also on the phone. I love 5 guys and I've worked for them. But this one wouldn't get my business again.

This is the worst 5 guys I have been in. Every table was dirty, as was the bathroom. We were there around 3pm and staff served customers quickly, but they seemed to take more chat breaks than you'd expect. I think the kitchen layout impedes customer service and ability to manage the dining area, I do not remember another 5 Guys with a deep kitchen compared to long. This is a smaller location then I was expecting and it does have a negative impact on the restaurant. Food was a good as you'd expect from 5 Guys.

Clean and welcoming fast food joint. Best burger I've eaten other than my home! Fries are awesome also. Staff was friendly and I liked the louder upbeat music. While this place is pricier than a "normal" fast food place the food is worth it! Fresh and hot in a timely manner.
