I had a similar issue of water collecting on the inside of my refrigerator years ago. It only happened in summer months and I didn't have air conditioning in my residence. Turns out it was humid air going into the fridge when I opened it to put something in or take something out. It would then allow the humid air to condense on the cold surfaces in the fridge. I bought a window unit large enough to cool and dehumidify the air in the house(it was a small cottage) and kept the house as closed from the outside as I could make it. Solved the issue of water collecting on surfaces and in the bottom of the fridge. Then the only problem I had was the humidity collecting and wetting my cool arms when I went outside into the hot humid outside air
