We drove over two hours for a family event and chose this hotel because it was the closest one with a pool and hot tub. We got to the hotel to find out they are renovating and the pool area was closed. That upset us right away due to the fact that there was no note stating that it would be closed! Then the door to our room was tricky to open from both inside and outside. Then the smoke alarms in the building kept going off randomly. Very disappointed to have to stay here.

Awful we were there for a family wedding. Pillows hard as rock. Carpet smelled Hotel condemned Hotel flooded Evacuated Staff were useless they did not help get accommodations at another hotel we had to do it at home. Elevator smelled like pot Staff should have gone room to room to evacuate. Homeless man sleeping outside in bushes next to our room on first floor. Door not locked at back of hotel. Door lock broken

The hotel is dated and in rough shape. Wall paper peeling carpets are gross sink was cracked and broken. Chunk of carpet cut up and missing in the lobby. Hot tub was green and gross the hotel hallways smell like cigarettes and cannabis loud music playing most of the night. The phone will ring off the hook calling the front desk for help. Room was okay but stains on the bedding. Had a sick child and needed new bedding and they refused to give it to us. The night staff lady was much better. The pool had no towels so I had to go ask for them. They were wrote down and inventoried like we were taking this stuff.. not again. Never staying here again and don't really recommend it

While we found the hotel staff to be pleasant, the hotel was dirty, dated, and the entire property smelled like smoke (both cigarettes and marijuana). Had we not been there for a wedding room-block, we would have checked out immediately and stayed somewhere else. The mattress was fine and the sheets were clean, but the bed skirt and rug had stains. All the furniture was chipping and the wallpaper was peeling. There was an air freshener in the room in an attempt to reduce the smell of stale smoke, despite there being a "no smoking policy".
