Absolutely horrible customer service. Went shopping today with 5 reusable bags only for someone to steal them out of my carriage. When I went to customer service, they said there isn’t anything they can do. What kind of customer service is that?! Will never shop here again. Shop at your own risk!

In spite of the new paramilitary costumed security guards at the West Caldwell ShopRite, somebody STOLE my bags from the bottom of my shopping cart . . It was a set of 3 'bulldog' bags that I paid almost $40 for AND the additional 10 plastic bags that I purchased at the store previously too ! All neatly folded up in the one bulldog bag . . Must have been while I was picking out produce . . Got to the checkout line and they were GONE, so I had to buy MORE bags !!

This ShopRite is one of the best and I've been to a bunch. Great staff on the deli counter and you can't beat the bakery. Fab BD cakes and fruit tarts. Only drawback...prices. like everywhere else they're up!
