I recently leased a 2022 Pilot Special Edition on September 17 of 2022. My salesperson was Justin Hinton. He did a great job. Greeted us at the door, provided us beverages of choice, and was quick to provide us a fair deal. I went to the dealer around 9:30am and was driving out by 11:00 am.

Brought in the car, they told me a whole host of issues with it that would cost over $3,000. I just went with replacing the brakes. They charged double what my regular garage charges for labor ($390 labor charge to change the brake pads and rotors- which is an hour of work). Then when I drive the car off the lot suddenly my locks aren't working. I bring it right back and they said that the lock actuator no longer works, and that it was a coincidence that it just stopped working when I brought in the car, because they didn't touch the car door. Now they want $340 more to replace a single lock actuator. They did say they would offer a 25% discount. I'll let you determine if that's still overpriced. Ended up taking the car to my regular garage, they told me that Paul Miller was trying to get me to replace many parts on both sides of the car when I only needed a single thing replaced on the left side. They definitely want to get as much money out of you as they can.

This had to have been one of the smoothest car leasing experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve bought one previous car from here and leased one previous and while those were smooth, this one was seamless. There was no jerking around on numbers and trying to get me to get something else. I told them what I want and the numbers I needed and had papers signed in less than an hour. Once my car arrived in less than 3 weeks, I was called as soon as it came in. He sent me pictures of the car since I had not even seen it yet, which was nice of him to do for me. I was able to pick it up the next morning and they knew I was tight on time so they had everything ready for me. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with my new car. ROCCO was my salesman and he was awesome! I credit his help and diligence to how smooth this all went!! It was almost too good to be true how awesome this experience was.Highly recommend Paul Miller and highly recommend Rocco. If Rocco isn’t available ask for Justin, he is great too.

Worse service. I got my VIN number incorrect in all documents and called me next day to come right away. Now I am calling for last 3 week for GAP refund and no one is answering my call in finance department.
