Hello, If you are a self-pay patient the cost is $125 to see the provider and any additional tests, or procedures are extra. For patents with insurance it all depends on the plan, co-pays and deductibles.
They will ask for your insurance and charge you accordingly. They will also see you if you haven't any insurance and charge you accordingly.
