Very helpful in what I needed to take care of the green that made it into my pool over the winter and spring.

I bought my home in July 2020 and very happy to have an in-ground Eco Smarte pool! I started working with Ray and the staff at Oasis about a week after my move for water sample testing. Ray has given me sound advice regarding water adjustments/additives etc and I've had great results! While nobody can predict exactly when repairs will be needed, 2021 seems to be my year (so to speak). Oasis installed the pool in 2004 and simply based on the age of the original filter, I had discussed a "what if" scenario about the filter, the pump and some other parts with Ray not long after I moved in. During spring start up, the sand filter failed and simply based on age, I wasn't overly surprised. The techs showed me what/why the failure happened and I immediately called Oasis for pricing, etc. Ray took the time to chat through equipment/pricing that would be the most effective for my needs while taking costs into consideration. The replacement was ordered and Mandy worked to schedule installation in as little time as possible considering the current state of shipping times and other factors. Since then I have had need for another service call for a different part that was functioning fine at the time of spring start up yet gave up the ghost just a few weeks ago. (If anyone out there has an Eco Smarte then my mentioning age related copper plate breakage won't seem too crazy) Again, I called for assistance, worked with Mandy for scheduling/pricing and the techs were great! The repair was done in very short order and during that time, a potential issue was noted with another part of the filtration. While it wasn't a dire need, I did speak with Mandy again to get a replacement in the works - it just wasn't known it would be needed so soon! Over this past weekend, I realized the noted potential issue was starting to become a reality with a very small leak around the cell where the copper plates are held. I called to leave a voicemail after hours Saturday (8/14), called to follow up yesterday (8/15) and was asked to make sure I emailed Mandy as well just to be sure the messages were picked up as soon as possible this morning (8/16). True to form, I got an email from Mandy with a repair scheduled for this Friday, Aug 20th and the note included full pricing. I look at all of these repairs as another part of maintenance just as repairs to a roof or driveway might be necessary; it's not only the quality of the work, it's where it originates that matters. From the start just over a year ago, I have had nothing but great experiences with Oasis and will continue to use them for all my pool needs!!

I was charged for services NOT rendered. Problem was mis-diagnosed. Service manager is inexperienced (not at all knowledgeable as to what she is doing). She is rude and not customer oriented, with no people skills. She acts as if she is doing customers a favor. She has NO EXPERIENCE. Been on this job only a few months. The technicians as well are inexperienced without a clue as to what they are doing. GOODBYE OASIS. Considering your recent behavior GOOD Riddance.

We have an above ground pool, since 2018 we have been taking our water from the pool to be analyze by them. In a few minutes they can tell you what is wrong or what you need for your pool to be super clear and what you need for winter . Super professional and helpful. So recommend them.
