The best pool store in town! The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. The owner is very knowledgeable of products and pool care. He cares more about helping the customer than pushing a product. This pool store has my business for life.

I had been a long time happy customer spending thousands since 1994, but since 2020 this place has become the worst for both service and in store sales. Every time I've attempted to buy something in the store, their cash register system is being updated during business hours or is down or is running sluggishly. They say it's being updated by a service in Canada. But recently after waiting 1 hour to buy a single $300 item, I gave up and walked out forever. I recently required pump service, but their service department never returned two phone calls requesting an equipment repair. I tried to use their pool cleaning service, but the communication between the pool cleaning service guy and his pool cleaning service department management for a simple auto filler install resulted in a such a mess that I cancelled the cleaning service.
