Compared to other Hyundai dealerships, this one at St. Augustine was transparent, fair, and desirable to a young buyer like myself. No tricks, no games, and no pressure. Edit for 10/16/2022: We sold our 2021 Hyundai Sonata and filed a cancellation with our service warranty. We have been waiting over 2 months and have yet to receive our money back. Our turn around time was told to be 4-6 weeks and yet to be told when we will receive the refund. If you sell your car, you might want to get warranty services or GAP through somewhere else. I find it fishy that we have not resolved this issue and will make sure to follow up on our promise that was given. We have had to follow up 3 times and find it insulting that there is no follow-up from the person who is supposed to help us. It has made us question our future in purchasing vehicles from this dealership again.
