We left for 4 weeks and came home to a disgusting pool. They sent us emails saying that they were cleaning the pool every week, but when later I checked the security footage it wasn’t the case. Update: I called Pool troopers to work with them to resolve the problems, and it has now been three weeks, unfortunately, the pool is still filthy. They came and shocked my salt water pool, but never brushed/cleaned it. Algae is still growing everywhere. Today they sent me an email notice that they had cleaned the pool, but when I checked the security camera I saw that they had not come.

Pool troopers did not clean my pool each week as promised, I called pool troopers and was unable to reach anyone. I tried again and waited 20 minutes before someone finally answered. They said they would send a tech out, but didn’t. The next day I used their online chat and again asked them to come out and clean my pool, they again said they would send a tech, but they didn’t. I have now spent 2 hours over 2 days trying to get them to come out and clean my pool that I am paying them to take care of. So much for their guarantee.
