I just wanna say that I spent an extreme amount of money on Your camera system now that it’s been five years I’ve had a problem with the globe domes oxidizing phone support says it’s under warranty but nobody wants to help me with it I have spent eight months and I have an email path to prove it I wouldn’t purchase these cameras ever again this company doesn’t realize how many people I see in a day and what industry I work in terrible terrible mistake if I were you I would drive down to my house and put a brand new system in for as much money as I am going to cost you

DO NOT use this company. The WORST customer service I ever experienced in my 25 years in the security industry from Jason the sales rep. I had a project I was working on to install over 200 cameras on a distributing center warehouse, I went to their headquarter in Pompano Beach FL, there I met their sales rep Jason Baar and their tech expert Mike. After a quick 30 minutes I laid out what needed to be done Mike assured me he understood what was needed, he needed a one or two days to delve deeper for the type of system I needed for my project and would get back to me. After the 3rd day of not hearing anything back I called to check if there is any answer for me yet and the call was routed to Jason. I told him I was waiting on Mike to call me back as promised and I haven't heard from him as of yet. The guy just flipped on me and start to push me away. He stated to me .... you know what don’t worry about it, you take your business elsewhere. His response took me by surprise because I was just following up to see if they were close to finding a solution to my needs. I explained to him that Mike did say that he was going to call me within the two days and since its the 3rd day and no one has contacted me I asked if he could please check with Mike. Rudely he responded let me go ask Mike. After 30 seconds he get back on the phone and stated “Mike told you don’t have your email on your business card that’s why he didn’t get back to you”. I replied yes but you have my phone number right and he could have simply got on the phone and call me, right?.... Listen.... Jason took it to the extreme and started shouting on the phone “you know what... I don’t want to deal with you or sell you anything! You go find yourself a different vendor and hung up the phone in my face. All I can say thank God for saving me from this company and the type of customer service. At the end of the day my project over $100,000 which they lost. I promise you I’ll get a lot more respect elsewhere

Depends on if you changed any of the defaults. And the age of the unit (well, the firmware). Try entering 888888 for both username and password locally.
